Chinese New Year celebrations at Macleans Bakery welcomes year of the Snake

The Glasgow Hong Lok Dragon and Lion Dancing Troupe staged a lion dance at MacLeans Highland Bakery this morning.

The ceremonial introduction to the Year of the Snake was performed in front of bakery owner Lewis Maclean, who watched the event from the car park and took an offering from the lion as a symbol of health and wealth.

They went on to perform at Elgin and Inverness.
