Spelling out the FACTS… signs have appeared in car parks all over Forres reminding the public to continue to observe Covid guidelines, as the ‘stay-at-home’ rule is lifted.
From today (2 April), you are allowed to leave your home, but you must still stay local.
From Monday 5 April, some non-essential shops will open, such as homeware stores, car dealerships and garden stores. Hairdressers and barbers salons’ are also allowed to re-open.
