Crowds lined the streets on a cold, but bright and sunny day today (Sunday) for Remembrance.
A service was held in St Leonard’s Church, before a parade led by 39 Engineer Regiment marched through the high street, followed by the Forres and District Pipe Band, British Legion members, Scouts, Guides, Boys Brigade, Air Cadets and veterans.
Members of the public lined the street and stood for two minutes’ silence at the war memorial, before the parade returned through the high street for the salute to the Deputy Lieutenant of Moray.
