Bakery wins gold and silver in world Scotch pie awards


Macleans Highland Bakery won a gold award for their Scotch pie and silver for their steak pie and chicken/haggis pie at the World Scotch Pie Championships recently. We interviewed managing director Lewis Maclean and meatroom supervisor Michael Baranski to see what makes an award-winning pie.
