North 58 Sea Adventures has expanded along the coast to Nairn by acquiring a boating business in the highland town.
The expansion east follows a similar development last year, when the company started operating tours from Lossiemouth to the west.
Owner Simon Paterson says the decision to buy an existing business rather than start a new service from the harbour places less pressure on the wildlife, which is the reason the company brings tourists to the area year after year.
Marine wildlife is abundant along the Moray coast, with the UK’s largest population of bottle-nosed dolphins, proving to be the biggest draw.
