Four new businesses open at Findhorn Bridge giving vacant site new vitality

Business owners at the Findhorn Bridge site, pictured left to right, are Cameron Chase (Because of Coffee), John Morrison (Route 96) and Kenny Beaton (K9 Deli).

A former cafe that has lain empty for several months has been transformed into a new outlet with four new businesses.

The site at Findhorn Bridge has seen many eateries come and go over the past few years, including Little Chef, Bervie Chipper, TJ’s Steakhouse and latterly 42HQ.

But now it’s almost a village in its own right with a car sales business, wood-fired pizza takeaway, dog treats outlet and coffee vendor all in one spot.

The former owner of 42HQ, Kenny Spink has split the site up and taken in new tenants who have given the site vitality and potential.

  • Route 96 sells wood-fired pizza from a home-made oven
  • K9 Deli sells natural dog treats and frozen raw food
  • Housby Motors is the car sales arm of Kinloss Garage
  • Because of Coffee is a snack hut run by Cameron Chase.

It’s well worth a stop. There are benches to sit and eat at as well as walks along the River Findhorn.
