Ian MacLennan, a volunteer with Forres in Bloom has won the coveted accolade of of Citizen of the Yer from the Forres Rotary Club.
Ian works tirelessly to keep Forres looking beautiful and can be seen each evening watering the flowers on the High Street.
Past president Tony O’ Neill presented the award to Ian.
