The Matrix filling station on Nairn Road has been granted a licence to open around the clock at a Moray Council licencing committee meeting.
Forres Community Council had objected to the proposal following concerns from neighbours about traffic noise and disturbance, and the firm has promised to take action over incidents of anti-social behaviour.
