Outdoor strength and balance followed by a very short health walk.
Series of 8 sessions.
Once the initial eight weeks have been completed, a further eight weeks of supported, self-managed physical activity will take place. During this time, the group will be invited to two short ‘Step Out’ social walks in Grant Park.
