Forres Community Council has been awarded £20,000 to carry out a feasibility study of proposed uses for the recently closed Leanchoil Hospital.
The community council received the funding from the Berry Burn Community Fund, which disperses charitable funds generated by the Berry Burn Wind Farm.
Rafford Village Hall also received £6,000 to resurface the car park, add disabled parking spaces and create an access path.
Other projects within the fund catchment area received £13,000 in this latest round of funding.
